TwelfthKey (OPC) Private Limited is based in Mumbai and works with businesses across four geographies. We do not replace the software you run — we make it talk to itself and report honestly. The products we sell exist because the build work needed them first.

Most owners are not short of data — they are short of a version of it everyone agrees on. Analytics reads the sheet already open, fixes what is wrong with it, and writes the answers back as ordinary tabs.
Advisors and agencies already run on the same technology — the skills, experience and education sit on top of it. What an owner cannot buy is that judgement, and what an advisor charges for is access to it. We removed the layer in between.

Merged headers are the single most common reason a column cannot be identified. Unmerge, keep one header row, and everything downstream gets easier.
A leading apostrophe or a ₹ inside the cell makes it a string. If your totals are lower than they should be, this is usually why.
Nothing is migrated and nothing is stored. The output is a normal sheet tab you can edit, chart or delete like any other.
“Collections are slipping” gets a generic answer. “Ageing over 60 days doubled since April, invoices raised in Tally” gets a sequence you can act on.
Five minutes spent writing what you run, who reports to whom and your five KPIs changes every answer that follows — permanently, not per thread.
Operations, reporting, revenue, cash and governance. It declines the rest, and it is not a substitute for legal, tax or audit advice.
No. We work inside what you already run and connect it. If a tool is genuinely holding you back we will say so, but replacing it is your decision, not our sales pitch.
The base price is fixed for the scope written on the Automate page. Anything beyond it is an add-on with its own published price, agreed in writing before work starts. There is no hourly surprise at the end. Services prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged in addition and itemised so a registered business can claim input credit; product prices are inclusive, so the figure shown is the figure you pay.
Typically seven to ten days to a first working integration. You see something real before the rest of the build continues.
Failure alerts are part of every build, so you find out the same day rather than at month end. Repair is covered under the support retainer; without one, we quote the fix.
Yes. It runs in your accounts, on your subscriptions, with your credentials. Handover includes documentation so another team could pick it up.
We build systems and we sell software. The products exist because the build work needed them first. What you get either way is working software, not a recommendation deck.
In your own spreadsheet, as new tabs. The extension is a controller, not a dashboard — it reads the sheet you have open, runs the analysis, and writes the output back into the same file.
Your spreadsheet contents are processed in memory and are never stored on our servers. Where a column cannot be identified by rules alone, that column's name only — never any cell values — is sent for identification.
Always. A quote is shown and accepted before any charge, and producing the quote is free. If the run needs more work than quoted, it pauses and asks first.
A failed run is refunded automatically — no ticket, no request. A sheet that cannot be analysed is declined with the reason and charged nothing, and the message tells you what would fix it.
Google Sheets at launch. More surfaces after launch — we would rather ship one that works than claim four that do not.
Your monthly allowance carries into the next month up to a limit, and expires two months after the month it was granted. Credits you buy separately stay valid for twelve months and are only spent once your allowance is used.
Yes. Write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@twelfthkey.com. Payment records are kept for eight years because company and tax law requires it, and those are dissociated from your identity rather than deleted. Separately, you can revoke the extension’s access from your Google Account permissions page at any time — that takes effect immediately and does not require us.
No. It is a data tool. It reports what is in your sheet — it does not interpret it for tax, statutory or accounting purposes.
Your question, the briefing you gave that space, and the relevant thread history are sent to Anthropic’s Claude service to generate an answer. That is the substance of what you write, not just its structure — we would rather say so plainly. Anthropic’s commercial terms provide that customer content submitted through their API is not used to train their models, and inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days by default. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company name or payment details.
Yes, the same way. A question typed into the bar goes to the same service and comes back the same way. It works without an account, so the question is not attached to a name or an email address — but it is still a question you have chosen to send. If you would not put something into the workspace, do not put it into the bar.
No. Each space is a software feature named for a business function, so the product is easier to organise and talk about. A space is not a person, holds no qualification, licence or registration, and does not exercise professional judgment. It gives you written guidance you can act on or ignore. It is not legal, tax, accounting, audit or investment advice.
Treat them the way you would treat a well-briefed colleague’s opinion: useful, worth taking seriously, and worth checking before you act on anything that matters. AI-generated text can be wrong while sounding certain. Verify anything you intend to act on. The quality of what you get back also depends on the quality of the briefing you give a space.
Because it is built for business operations, not for everything. A space that answers anything answers nothing well, and a general-purpose assistant is one click away in any browser.
No. The free allowance needs no account and no card. It is one-time — not monthly, not per session.
A seat gives you the Chief of Staff — general operating support across every function. Specialist spaces are added individually, only where you want process depth in that function. Boardroom, where the Chief of Staff convenes several specialists, is announced and priced but not yet available.
The measure of advisory work. A straightforward answer from one space costs one unit. An answer that draws on documents you have provided costs more. An answer where the Chief of Staff consults several specialists costs more again — and where it costs more than the standard rate, you are told what it cost and why.
You can top up in fixed amounts, or add a specialist space if you need the depth. Topped-up units are used after your monthly allowance and stay valid for twelve months.
