TwelfthKey Analytics · private beta

The sheet in front of you, cleaned and reported on.

A browser extension that reads the spreadsheet you already have open, fixes what is wrong with the data, and writes a dashboard tab back into the same file. It keeps nothing.

What it does

Three passes over your data.

01

It normalises

Dates in four formats become one. Amounts stored as text become numbers. The same customer spelled three ways becomes one customer.

02

It flags

Duplicate rows, blank categories and gaps in the sequence get marked before they reach a report, where nobody would have caught them.

03

It reports

A dashboard tab is written into the same file — ordinary formulas and charts you can keep editing, not a locked view.

Before → after

The report is never the problem. The ledger is.

Where your data goes

Processed, never stored.

Your sheet is read, processed in memory, and the results are written back into the same file. Your rows are never written to our database, never kept after the run, and never used to train anything.

Knowledgebase

Everything about Analytics, written down.

What it does, what it touches and what happens when it gets something wrong.

How a run works

Three passes over your data

It normalises formats, flags duplicates and gaps, then writes ordinary tabs back into the same file — formulas and charts you can keep editing.

Data handling

Processed in memory, never stored

Where a column cannot be identified from its structure, that column's name only — never any cell values — is sent for identification.

What it works with today

Google Sheets only, one sheet at a time. More surfaces after launch — we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Refunds

Automatic when a run fails

If a run does not complete, the charge is reversed without you asking. It is not accounting advice and does not replace your accountant.

Constraints per system

Refresh caps, template approvals, rate limits and statutory outputs — the notes we keep for ourselves, published.
