Refund Policy

One-Time Services

  • If engagement has not started: 100% refund if requested within 30 days of payment.
  • If work has commenced: no refunds for services already delivered.

Ongoing Services (Monthly Retainers)

  • Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
  • Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for services already rendered.

Exception (applies to all above services): Force Majeure / Medical Emergency

No refunds after work has commenced, except where performance is prevented due to a Force Majeure event (as defined in the Terms of Service) or a verified medical emergency, evaluated case-by-case; where applicable, refunds (if any) will be limited to prepaid amounts for work not yet performed.
